CIVIC ASSOCIATION
The Fairfax Civic Association dues for 2022 have increased to $50 per household ($25 for seniors).
Our yearly dues pay for snow plowing, social events, island and entrance landscaping, and more.
Dues can be paid by mail, dropped off in person, or online via PayPal.
If you are experiencing any financial hardship, or would like to arrange and alternative way to pay, please contact Jim Albanese or Laura Cooke.

DUES
​Fairfax Civic Association Yearly Dues are mailed every January.
Current Dues are:
$50 per house hold $25 per senior citizen household (62 and older)
Our dues used for, but not limited to:
Snow Plowing
Social Activities (including, but not limited to, the Halloween Parade, Movie Nights, etc)
Landscaping of Islands
Neighborhood Insurance
Regular Dues Senior Citizen Dues
* a $2 online payment fee will be assessed to all online payments *
** Please make sure that you enter the address for the dues payment as either
"Shipping Address" or under "Special Instructions"
